Allegheny Partners for Out-of-School Time (APOST)  is a partnership of funders, intermediaries and providers dedicated to building a quality OST system that will contribute to the healthy successful development of young people as they progress through their school years, graduate from high school, and enter into adulthood.

  • Reviewed and approved “Best Practices in the Focus Area—Career Development”
  • Approved the use of the Nationally Recognized Core Competencies for Afterschool and Youth Development Professionals
  • Approved the use of the Quality Self-Assessment as tool for Quality Campaign membership
  • Educated on the Standards Aligned System (SAS) from the PA Department of Education
  • Will review the Quality Self-Assessment Action Plans as they are submitted by program providers for Campaign membership
